BigDuty LLC repair shop began as a joint collaboration between Harlan "Butch" Howard and James "Skip" Schipper.  The combined experience as a Fleet Owner, Operations Manager and Fleet Maintenance Manager allows us to assist other fleets with their maintenance needs in the Sacramento area.
